The Need-To-Know Before You Go

We can’t wait to see you at The Gorge Amphitheatre! Here’s what to expect when you visit us:

NEW for the 2025 season:  If you would like a lawn chair for the show, you may rent one from The Gorge Amphitheater. Personal lawn chairs are not permitted inside the venue. You can purchase a lawn chair rental online in advance via Ticketmaster or on show day at a lawn chair stand. We recommend reserving your chair in advance as availability is limited on the day of the show. To reserve your lawn chair, click on "Upgrades Available" and select "Lawn Chair Rental" or click here.

COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE: The show will go on whatever the weather, except for extremely high winds & lightning within a certain proximity. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES: Check your specific event page for exact timings. Get here earlier so you can enjoy your night and not be stuck in traffic. With potential traffic delays of up to 4 hours or more, early arrival isn't just a suggestion – it's a concert-saving strategy.

PARKING LOTS: General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Star, Star Plus or Plaza parking!

WHEN YOU GET HERE: You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY: Before you head to the venue, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets here. Your phone is your ticket.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY: We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to a cash-to-card booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free & with no fees).

BOX OFFICE: Open two hours before gates open until 10pm. Festival Box Office hours do vary, please search your festival's site for more info!

THE MERCH: Find your favorite artist's merch & Gorge merch at our merch booths in multiple places throughout the venue.

RECYCLING: You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue. Refill your bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations. Join YETI and Live Nation’s efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated.

Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time at the venue. Increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning. Lastly, make sure you have a fully charged battery!
